Life goes on back in Aus

December 2004

Enjoying the Christmas pipes with my Dad.

With Zannie who popped over for a visit just before New Year.

My good mate Steve had spotted some surf in the distance. I'm wondering if he needs a checkup with the optometrist.

Sure enough we got some serious dumpers at
Garie Beach in the Royal National Park, just south of Sydney.

Trying out my new darling - a 9 foot 4 Donald Takiama Classic Model-T Nose Rider.
She's so sweet. If I were a surf board I'd marry her!

The unmistakeable look of nose riding satisfaction.
Only a little ironing could have added anything to the day.

Showing some friends from London around town

Tarriq and Russell, both out here on holiday.
Under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, of course.

The same dudes in front of the Opera House.

Under the most expensive ($150,000AUS) wind driven spinny-ball-thingy that the world has ever seen, dangled from the bridge for the New Year's Eve celebrations. Note the very handsom local chap whose t-shirt ironically announces that he is leaping for London!

Reuben found the local ice cream selection suited his tastes nicely.

All the family, back together again for Mum's birthday, 5th Feb 05.

With Damien, Mark and Rick. All of us (except me of course)
a little less hairy than the last time we saw each other!
