Sardinai

July 2003

The folks were on there way around Europe for a wedding and a holiday
so we hooked up for a week of relaxing in the sunshine in Sardinia, then again in Prague for lunch one day.

Enjoying a little al fresco seafood etc.

And again. Actually, you're going to be seeing a lot of photos like this.

Cigars and whiskey on the verandah.
One of those (many) father / son bonding moments.

Beachside in front of the pounding Sardinian surf.

Skipped over to Corsica for the day on a ferry, showing off my English moon-tan.

Exploring Corsica, absolutely gorgeous - the countryside, that is.

Overlooking the harbour in Corsica.

After a week in the sunshine, countless hearty seafood meals, and
numerous long nights sitting on the verandah we all felt really miserable.

Prague

In prague now, where I met up with Mum and Dad for the afternoon on the way back from Poland.
Beer is very cheap in prague, and this local chap has obviously had far too much.

If you rub the brass on this statue here you will apparently receive good luck
(along with a diverse range of mysterious Czechoslovakian diseases!).

The town clock.

Lunching (again!) by the river. Awful!
