These shots were taken during a two week visit to Turkey in March / April 2001.
I travelled through Istanbul, Gallipoli, Cappadocia, Pamukale, Olympos and Antakya.
Turkey is a varied country with a checkered history. It seems that just about everyone who's anyone
has either conquered it at one time or another or passed through it on the way to conquering someone else.
